My House will be called A House of Prayer For all Nations”  Isaiah 56:7 ~ Mark 11:17

MISSION:  “Making God known by sharing the Love of Christ.”

VISION: “Transformation”- Romans 12:2

Order of Service: 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Opening Prayer/Worship: Worship Team
Scripture Reading: Colossians 1:3-11

3 We always thank God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, when we pray for you, 4 because we have heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and of the love you have for all God’s people— 5 the faith and love that spring from the hope stored up for you in heaven and about which you have already heard in the true message of the gospel 6 that has come to you. In the same way, the gospel is bearing fruit and growing throughout the whole world—just as it has been doing among you since the day you heard it and truly understood God’s grace. 7 You learned it from Epaphras, our dear fellow servant,[a] who is a faithful minister of Christ on our[b] behalf, 8 and who also told us of your love in the Spirit.

9 For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you. We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives,[c] 10 so that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, 11 being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience,

Dear Lord, grant us your peace so that we can be peacemakers and allow your light to shine through us. Inspire us to inspire others with  your love and hearts of thanksgiving throughout 2023. Let your peace illuminate our families, school, workplaces, in our nation and among the nations of the earth. Let our leaders choose peace instead of war. Enable the countries at war to find peaceful ways to communicate with each other. Let our leaders across this country discern and embrace meaningful dialogues that promote peace in all areas. Bless your church, O Lord we pray, and let your peace be shared among us. Let us strive for a new type of unity which allows us to be filled with enduring awe at your graciousness, love and respect for all your people that transcends demographic, ethnic, cultural, and societal work-in-progress mores. Thank you for your patience and providential gifts. Fill us anew with the gifts of your Holy Spirit to pray and disciple in the manner you taught and modeled.
